The Tiger II heavy tank sound fx collection includes 678 clips in 24.9 gigabytes of audio.
Also known as a King Tiger II Ausf. B, Köningstiger, or Royal Tiger, it features the sound of a German V-12 Maybach HL 230 P30 gasoline engine with 700 PS (690 hp, 515 kW).
A total of 29 synchronized takes depict the vehicle driving at fast, medium, and slow speeds.
16 onboard perspectives position microphones inside and onboard the tank, as well as in the engine, at the tracks, and near the exhaust driving steadily and with gearshifts.
The 12 exterior perspectives showcase static and tracking positions from 6 locations as it departs, arrives, passes by, and idles on straightaways and around corners.
Also provided are a variety of performed effects of turrets, hatches, levers, and more.
The package includes Pro Tools and Reaper library sessions, and full Soundminer, BWAV, and MacOS Finder metadata embedded in every clip.
