Gut Sound Effects

Gut sound effects for the wettest end of horror. Entrails squelching as they spill out, then the heavy slap of something landing on the floor that really should have stayed inside. Bone breaks and blood splatter come alongside, in raw recordings and ready designed hits. Gross in the right way.

Gut sounds are nearly always made with food, wet pasta and raw chicken squeezed hard and recorded close so every slop comes through. Foley rooms smell terrible afterwards. In a fight, guts usually come after the hit: a Stab or a punch first, then the wet layer, sometimes with a Splat on top to show the damage. The full bloody spread lives in Gore. Zombie games lean on them hard, and so do slashers.
