Description

This is a track recording of a BMW Z4 GT3 racecar built to the FIA GT3 specifications.

The engine is a 4.4 litre V8 which produces a little more than 500 horsepower.

The car weight is approximately 1190kg. It has a six-speed sequential gearbox.

The recording is made during a test day and consist of a 10-channel onboard recording from a warm-up outing and four race stints with a total of 17 laps. The onboard microphones perspectives are two interior, two engine, one intake and three exhausts.

The exterior recording consists of car pass bys recorded on five channels with a surround microphone and a handheld mono shotgun. Some wild foley such as a hood, air jack release and wheel fitting tools is included too.
