Extra EA300/LT 2012 – Aircraft Sound Effects

The German 2012 Extra EA300/LT aircraft sound effects bundle collects 110 clips in 10.63 gigabytes of audio. It showcases the sound of a Lycoming AEIO-540-L1B5 6-cylinder air-cooled horizontally-opposed 224 kW (300 hp) piston engine while performing a variety of performances.

7 synchronized takes provide a total of 19 onboard and exterior perspectives. The 9 onboard perspectives include recordings from the interior, engine, and exhaust with stationary idles at a variety of RPMs. The 10 exterior perspectives include landing, taxiing, passing by, and pulling up and shut downs. The package also provides bonus four-channel Ambisonic AMBEO recordings of an exterior perspective, performed effects of buttons, fuel pumps, yokes, throttles and other sounds, and impulse response recordings from inside the vehicle.

The sound library also includes 7 languages of metadata keyword import files, complete embedded metadata support, 3 custom mixes of the onboard perspectives, and Pro Tools and Reaper sessions with all fx pre-aligned to allow editors to begin mixing and editing immediately.
