Humanoid Sound Effects

Humanoid sound effects for anything with a voice that's almost, but not quite, human. Zombies groan. Goblins rasp and werewolves snarl, and most of them come with a full set of attacks and death sounds, performed by voice actors who clearly weren't worried about their throats. Robot androids too. And raw creature source, for building your own.

Humanoid creatures sit in an awkward spot for sound. They need to read as people, with breaths and something like speech, but sound wrong enough to unsettle. Most of the sets here start with voice actors, so the Zombie hordes, gnolls, harpies and golems all keep a human edge. Each creature tends to come with its own Attack and death sounds, which makes them easy to drop straight into a game. The raw recordings go the other way, props and performances to build something new from. Survival horror and dark fantasy use them most.
