Fireball Sound Effects

Fireball sound effects, cast by hand or flung from a trebuchet. Plenty of them are spells, sitting with the ice blasts and electric charges in elemental magic sets. Others are plain fiery projectiles whooshing past. The siege side has fireballs and stones in flight after the launch, and for the landing there's fire on its own: flamethrowers, lava, explosions and crackling flames.

A fireball is mostly a Whoosh with fire in it, so a lot of this lives in whoosh libraries, torch swings and fiery projectiles built for fantasy battles. Spells wrap a cast and a hit around it, and the magic sets cover elemental powers from fire to ice. The siege recordings take the historical route. A Trebuchet could throw burning loads as well as stone, and the flybys here cover both. For the hit, the cinematic fire library gives flamethrowers, lava and explosions in several intensities, which saves building a blaze from scratch.
