Advanced Loot

The Advanced Loot audio library features 300+ sound effects designed to make looting feel satisfying and rewarding.

There are three main categories:
● Loot Containers
● Loot Types
● Rarity Stingers

These sounds can be used in a wide variety of situations, including item feedback for loot drops, searching containers, chest item reveals, buying and selling items, equipping weapons and armour, general item interaction, pickups, and more.

The Loot Containers category features the following items:
● Barrels
● Crates
● Chests
● Bone Piles
● Bookshelves
● Coffins
● Drawers
● Urns
● Sacks
● Sarcophagus
● Weapon Racks

Barrels, crates, and urns can either be smashed or searched through.

The Loot Types category features a wide range of sounds for item interaction:

● Light Weapons
● Heavy Armour

● Potions

● Gems
● Jewellery
● Books
● Magical Loot
● Generic Items

Heavy Weapons include:
● Axe
● Battleaxe
● Club
● Flail
● Greatsword
● Mace
● Maul
● Metal Shield
● Wood Shield

Light Weapons include:
● Bow
● Crossbow
● Dagger
● Sword
● Spear
● Staff
● Wand

Heavy Armour includes chainmail and plate armour, whilst Light Armour includes cloth armour and leather armour.

Each weapon has been designed with its own sonic identity. A dagger should feel quick and sharp, while a maul should feel strong, heavy, and powerful. Although clubs, maces, and mauls share blunt, weighty characteristics, each has been crafted with unique sonic qualities to help them stand apart.

Generic Items feature foley for different materials, which can be used to fill in the gaps for items that have not been specifically designed.
Magical Loot features four items:
● Shards
● Orbs
● Essence
● Runestones

The Rarity Stingers category features five loot rarity types:
● Uncommon
● Rare
● Legendary
● Mythical
● Cursed

These stingers can be used for chest item reveals, rare item drops, or other purposes to create a sonically rewarding experience.
