Looking for SCUBA diving equipment and the sound of diving? This library brings you 65 high-quality sound recordings of diving equipment, both in water and water free – Isolated recordings made in the studio.
In this sound library, you will find underwater recordings of divers both in the sea and in a small cave lake. These recordings were captured using hydrophones.
The cave recordings are delivered in MS (Sennheiser MKHs) mic pattern too. This included both MID mic and SIDE mic recordings available in separate files, giving you greater freedom in mixing, sound manipulation etc.

Encodings of all MS to normal XY (left/right channel) stereo files are included as well to save you time if needed.
All other stereo recordings were captured using an XY mic pattern (AKG mics). Mono recordings were captured using two different mics: AKG and Sennheiser. Check out the tracklisting below.
Structure sound recordings were captured using JRF contact mics. This included the sound of cylinder tank, regulator etc.
Max. peak level on all recordings is -5 dBFS (for great dynamic range, great headroom).
All of the recordings are separated into different folders by thematic/equipment/medium. A total of 65 wave files are available in 6 separate folders.
