Tail Sound Effects

Tail sound effects, mostly the sort that comes after the bang. A heavy machine gun recorded from several distances, fireworks bursting near and far, explosions, and sci-fi blaster shots with stylised tails designed in. There's the other kind as well. Monster tails swinging. Both make a big moment last a bit longer.

A gun or explosion tail is the space talking back, the echo that keeps going after the first crack. Out in the open, distance and terrain shape it, which is why Perspective matters here, with shots heard close and far away. Designed tails do the job on purpose: a sizzle or a ring-out added to a sci-fi shot. Fireworks give natural ones, with crowd reactions somewhere in the distance. In a mix, a separate tail lets the hit stay short and tight while the tail carries the size of the place. The creature side is simpler, a big tail swung through a fight.
