Patrol Sound Effects

Patrol sound effects for the people and vehicles on the beat. Police officers calling in from the street and soldiers working through a sweep, recorded dry and over the radio. There are sirens at different distances too. On the road, an old diesel off-roader that shares the name grinds through the snow. Out on patrol, everything sounds like it's waiting for trouble.

Patrol scenes run on dialogue, a radio check-in or a guard muttering as they walk past the player's hiding spot. Stealth games need lots of these from the same voice, idle lines and alert lines that match, which is what the NPC and police sets give you. Their Walkie-Talkie versions put the same line on the other end of a radio. The off-roader is all diesel clatter.
