Hover Sound Effects

Hover sound effects for menus and for things that float. Both sorts. On the menu side there's the UI hover, the soft tick or blip when a cursor slides over a button, with plenty of those for games and apps. The other kind is here too, from hoverbikes idling to a military jet holding itself in the air.

Hover sounds split between menus and things that float, and the floating side has close cousins in Quadcopter. Most of the menu ones come from UI libraries that also cover selects, clicks, toggles and denies, so the hover and the click can come from the same family and sound like they belong together. Lots of styles. A mouse hover usually works best a little quieter and shorter than the sound that follows it in Confirm, otherwise the menu starts to feel jumpy. The floating kind, aircraft holding position and hoverbikes idling, suits sci-fi and flight scenes.
