Laughter Sound Effects

Laughter sound effects from a polite chuckle to a room falling apart. Studio audiences in full sitcom mode, crowds roaring at a show, kids giggling, cartoon characters cackling. Some are big group laughs built for comedy, others are single voices you can drop on a character. Laughter is contagious, even on headphones.

Canned laughter is its own craft, and with a round of Applause on top you've got the end of a stand-up set. A sitcom laugh has to swell at the right moment and die away before the next line, so the recordings come in many lengths and sizes, from a few titters to the whole Audience in hysterics. For Animation, the character laughs matter more: evil cackles and silly giggles, plus kids who sound genuinely delighted.
