Cinematic Sound Effects

Cinematic sound effects built for the big moments. Booms that land with a sub drop under them, whooshes and risers that drag you into a cut, deep rumbles for when the room needs to shake. Plenty of it is designed rather than recorded. There's real material too, from blade fights to fire and thunder, made larger than life so it reads on a cinema system.

Most cinematic sound design comes down to a few building blocks: hits, booms, whooshes, a Riser to build into them and a drone to sit underneath. The libraries here cover all of that, and plenty go further with designed fire, blades, monsters and weather, pushed and layered so they feel huge. Big isn't everything. The low end does a lot of the work, so check how a boom sits on small speakers as well as big ones. People cut these into Trailer edits and game cutscenes, and use the quieter textures to hold Tension between the hits. Everything is royalty-free for commercial work.
