Bang Sound Effects

Bang sound effects for the moment something goes off or slams shut. Big doors slammed from close up to the far end of a hallway, gates and dungeon doors losing their temper, and fireworks going off with a crowd reacting. Storms bang at the windows too. Some are designed, from jump scares to cartoon crashes, so a bang can be dramatic or daft.

Where a bang happens matters as much as what makes it. The big door slams were recorded at several distances down a school Corridor, so the space comes with them, from right at the door to the far end. Gun and explosion sets recorded indoors and outdoors follow the same idea, with more in Gun Acoustics. Fireworks come from several perspectives. Some have the crowd reacting, which suits a celebration, and without the crowd they make a decent distant battle. Indoors, a storm bangs at the windows, and doors in historic buildings creak, then slam. For a dramatic bang in horror, those slams and the designed jump scares sit well together.
