Sounds of Spain & Portugal

Spain and Portugal represent two countries with truly vibrant and distinct cultures.

At anytime, day or night, you can expect an abundance of ambient sounds and vocalisations on every corner, except for during the afternoon siesta of course.

We roamed the streets of Seville, Granada, Lisbon, Coimbra, Porto and beyond recording everyday life in tapas bars, restaurants, markets, public transport, universities, local football matches, cultural and religious events and more to bring you an accurate sonic representation of these great countries

All tracks were recorded in high definition by Evan Buist, sound engineer and field recordist (National Geographic, DreamWorks, Paramount Pictures).
