About Andrew Shcherbak

Andrew has been playing music since he was a teenager.
He played in several rock bands and was exploring aspects of
music recording and engineering, while he was finishing his
masters degree in computer science in Kiev polytechnic
University.
The love for innovations and sound drove him creating
electronic music, working with local bands and artists,
experimenting with synthesizers and live recordings.
As the technology developed, Andrew’s passion for
progress grew and he traveled to San Francisco CA to study at
AAA award winning studio and training center Pyramind to get
the knowledge and experience of making sound and music for
games and film and to master his engineering skills as well.
The year of intense training program and industry
experience as Pyramind intern pushed Andrew on the next
level of production quality and approach.
As a sound designer and music composer Andrew worked
on decent amount of indie games which were released on
Steam, App store, Google Play. Worked on audio post for
feature films, trailers, and commercials.
He gives private lessons in sound design and engineering,
takes part in music jam sessions, develops his own SFX library
company, and explores new interactive audio tools for gaming
and VR experience.
