Sound Design Tiedemann

Hi, I’m Rene a sound designer from Dortmund Germany. I’ve been collecting sounds since 2017 and found my passion in recording the craftsman workshops and industry all around the Ruhr area. Based on my upbringing in my father’s workshop, I have a fascination for tools and machinery, as well as the auditive characteristics they contain. Starting off as an audio engineer mainly working for metal bands, I found my fascination for sound design during my studies at the SEA institute Bochum from 2017 and 2019. Since then I became obsessed with finding new sounds for my library to work with and started to work on my first commercial library in late 2020.
