Wound Sound Effects

Wound sound effects from both sides of the injury. Skin peeling, bones cracking, flesh chopped and guts squeezed, all made in a foley suite with meat and vegetables. Then the reaction: pain grunts and exhausted breathing from human voices, plus a cat complaining loudly while its wounds get treated. No cats were harmed.

A wound lands as a pair: the hit or cut, then the person reacting to it. Build the hit from the gore recordings, wet or dry skin peels and bone cracks, and the reaction from the Pain grunts and screams, male and female, deep ones included. A warrior character with battle cries and dialogue covers the moment before the blow. The cat recordings come with purring as well, for the bit afterwards when everybody calms down.
