Vacuum Sound Effects

Vacuum sound effects, mostly the cleaner kind. A vintage vacuum cleaner gets the full treatment, from motor hum to its wheels rolling and every bit of handling, and another domestic one is revved in pulses from light to strong. Lots of motor. Household machine sets and a recording of a whole house add more, with small motors and a dentist's office alongside.

A vacuum in a scene is switched on and pushed about. Handling matters as much as the motor, and the vintage library covers it properly, with wheel movements and foley next to the motor itself. The revving recordings are something else, all motor and no cleaning, and Vacuum Cleaner has more of the plain kind. Small motor recordings get close on electric and battery motors, which suits robots and gadgets. For a busy house, household sets put the vacuum next to the Washing Machine and the iron.
