Sequence Sound Effects

Sequence sound effects, where the sounds come already strung together in order. Footsteps as whole walks rather than separate steps, and robot feet clanking across a floor. Tiny gears click through a full cycle, and computer terminals chatter through a whole data run. Handy when you need something finished. Cut it up if you'd rather.

A sequence saves editing time. Instead of placing every footstep or click by hand, you drop in a run that already has natural timing, with the small variations a performer or a machine gives. The footstep and robot libraries offer separate steps and full sequences, so you can start with the run and swap a step where the picture needs it. Mechanical sequences come from clockwork and big machines turning over. Sci-fi interfaces give you Data Processing runs, beeps tumbling over each other in order, and some sequences are built to work as a Loop. Games use sequences for cutscenes and menus. Film editors use them when the deadline is close.
