Hand Sound Effects

Hand sound effects for the things hands do on screen. Punches and slaps in a fight. Cards shuffled and dealt at a table, with poker chips stacked and counted beside them, plus coins and treasure chests for the loot. Most of it is close, physical foley, and hands turn up in nearly every scene.

Fight scenes lean hardest on hands. A Fist landing on a body, a slap, a body slam and the vocal reactions that go with them are all covered by the combat sets, which leave weapons out of it. At a card Table it gets quieter and more precise, from shuffles and deals to chips being stacked and raked in. The rest is the small stuff that makes a character feel real, like hands in water or brushing against glass. Close detail like this suits poker games and RPGs where looting a chest should feel satisfying.
