Futz sound effects sit inside a wider set of processed DJ voices here. Futzing is the post trick of squashing a voice until it sounds like it's coming out of a radio, phone or PA. These lines start part of the way there, already processed for broadcast, in male and female voices.
For a radio playing in the corner of a scene, take a Male Voice or Female Voice line, band-limit it hard and add a little crackle, and it sits behind the dialogue like a real set. Untouched, the lines work as they are for podcasts and streams. Either way, the speaker can be as rough or as clean as the scene asks for.
