Add Woodpile Chaos to cart
Wood Breaking sound effects from the opening crack to the full collapse. Planks snapping and a whole woodpile giving way. Then the big stuff, a tree splitting at the base after the chainsaw and coming down with a crash you feel in your chest. There's quieter workshop wood too, sawn and planed at the bench.
A wood break is a run of small cracks before the big snap, which is why a good break feels like it's resisting. Raw timber gives more fibre and more Wood Crack than processed board, and a falling Log or tree adds the low weight underneath. Games use them for destructible crates and barricades, and films use them for anything from a forest fall to a door kicked in.
