Hmph Sound Effects

Hmph sound effects, that short huff through the nose when a fighter shrugs off a hit or a character isn't impressed. These are female fight voices in an anime style, with hmphs alongside grunts, gasps, pants and strained cries. Low and tough. High and squeaky. Several characters, so the attitude fits who's on screen.

A hmph is mostly breath, so it sits easily between bigger yells in a fight. The voices run from lower, grown Warrior types to high-pitched fairy fighters and small girls full of energy, plus a warrior Elf princess bursting with aggression. Laid in with the exhales and Pant takes, they make a fight breathe. They suit fight sequences in games and on TV.
